GETTING AROUND PRAGUE

PRAGUE AIRPORT

Prague International Airport handles flights of most European carriers and also some overseas flights. It is located 30-45 minutes by car from the centre of Prague. There is a good connection between the airport and city centre by public transport (buses) and taxis.
You can easily get to the city centre using one of the public buses. For the quickest transport to the city centre or the nearest metro station we advise using routes 119 and 100 and AE (Airport express).

Please note: You should buy a ticket before travelling and stamp your ticket by validation machine once when you enter the metro station or get on the tram or bus - ticket costs 32 CZK and the validity is 90 minutes (bus, underground, tram)

FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE CONFERENCE VENUE

Bus no. 119 direction to Dejvická – Dejvická Bus Stop - transfer to metro Route A (green line) to the station Muzeum (direction to Skalka station), there you change for Route C (red line) and go to the station Chodov (direction to Háje), there you transfer to the Bus no. 115 – direction to the station Městský archiv - bus stop (right in front of the hotel)

Bus AE (Airport express) - direction to Hlavní nádraží (Main railway station) - transfer to metro Route C (red line) and go to the station Chodov (direction to Háje), there you transfer to the Bus no. 115 – direction to the station Městský archiv - bus stop (right in front of the hotel)

FROM THE MAIN RAILWAY STATION TO THE CONFERENCE VENUE

transfer to underground (metro) - station Hlavní nádraží (Main railway station) - Route C (red line) and go to the station Chodov (direction to Háje), there you transfer to the Bus no. 115 – direction to the station Městský archiv - bus stop (right in front of the hotel)

Taxis are easy to take from the airport but we strongly recommend you use taxi companies, which are mentioned below.

Please note: the price of transportation from the airport to the conference venue (TOP Hotel Praha, Blažimská 1781/4, Prague 4) should be around 1 000 CZK (40 EUR)

Automobile from Downtown Prague: 5. května road – exit from the E50 road direction to Chodov, Spořilov (500 m past the ÖMV gas station) – right on the first traffic light intersection (by OBI) – go under the freeway – straight ahead on the second traffic light intersection and left on the third traffic light intersection – after about 80 meters turn slightly right into the Klapálkova Street – turn right on the first road – and the hotel area is on the left side up the hill
